| Adequate gaps between examinations of subjects commonly offered together by students in both Class X and Class XII. | |
| Tentative schedules of major entrance examinations for Class XII students have been taken into account, so Board Exams finish well before them. | |
| The number of candidates appearing on a particular day at each examination centre has been considered for smooth conduct. | |
| The schedule minimises the prolonged absence of teachers from their schools during evaluation. | |
| More than ==40,000== subject combinations were factored in so that no two subjects opted by a student fall on the same date. | |
| All examinations will commence at ==10:30 a.m. (IST)==. | |
BENEFITS OF EARLY RELEASE
- Date Sheets released ==101 days== in advance, made possible by timely submission of LOCs by schools.
- Students, families and teachers can plan engagements and travel during the summer vacation as per the exam and evaluation schedules.
- Schools can plan academic and support measures for Board classes more effectively.
- Students get sufficient time to plan their preparation, reducing exam-related anxiety and enhancing performance.
- Examination centre schools get adequate time to make arrangements and plan their activities.
- Teachers will not remain away from schools for long, so classes of non-board students continue without disruption.
